5 Day Pottery Boot Camp - A  Journey Through Ceramic History

 

July 13th - 17th, 2026

9:00am - 6:00pm (1 hour lunch break) Instruction will be given from 9:30am - 4:30pm

Workshop will be open to students to work on their projects until 8pm.

 

$550 per person (includes GST).

This year the bootcamp will explore the history of ceramics through different styles, techniques and surface preparations throughout the ages.  All work will be primarily wheel thrown (developing throwing skills) , even though many early techniques use hand building.  By the end of the week each student will be able to create contemporary pots influenced by the historical knowledge they have acquired throughout the week.

All deposits are non-refundable. A 90% refund is only available if there is a student able to take your place.

 WHAT TO BRING

Please bring with you a suitable apron or coveralls, a towel and any tools that you may already have.  Clay, equipment and additional tools needed for the workshop will be provided.
